My approach to anxiety and depression support is rooted in creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when things like:
stress
worry
the unknowns
caregiver burden
health concerns
emotional exhaustion
begin affecting your day-to-day life. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions contributing to what you’re carrying while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself again.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Whether you’re struggling with persistent worry, low motivation, sadness, or feeling stuck, my goal is to help you move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and emotional balance at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
Grief and loss can feel incredibly heavy, isolating, and difficult to navigate alone. My approach to grief, loss, and end-of-life care is centered around offering a compassionate space where you can process your emotions openly without judgment or pressure to “move on” before you’re ready. Grief is deeply personal and can come from many different experiences, including the loss of a loved one, chronic illness, caregiving, major life changes, or anticipatory grief surrounding illness and uncertainty.
With my background in medical social work and healthcare settings, I understand the emotional complexity that often comes alongside illness, caregiving, and end-of-life experiences. Together, we can make space for the fear, sadness, anger, confusion, and meaning-making that often accompany grief while helping you feel supported through each stage of the process.
A cancer diagnosis can impact every aspect of your life, as well as the lives of the people who care about you. Whether you are newly diagnosed or many years into survivorship, my goal is to help you navigate the unknowns of the cancer journey, manage treatment side effects, communicate your needs, and focus on the personal values that support your overall well-being.
In our work together, we will focus on accepting what you did not choose, learning to live alongside short- or long-term side effects, and building upon your strengths to support healing, resilience, and emotional well-being. I work with both individuals affected by cancer or chronic illness and the caregivers supporting them through the journey.
