I believe therapy should feel grounding, collaborative, and deeply human. Life can become heavy in ways that are difficult to explain, especially when anxiety, grief, trauma, chronic illness, or major life transitions begin to impact the way you move through the world.
My approach is compassionate, relational, and practical. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and safe enough to show up exactly as you are. Therapy is not about having all the right words or immediately knowing how to heal. It is about building steadiness, self-understanding, and trust within yourself over time.
Based in Scottsdale, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and end-of-life concerns both in-person and virtually. Together, we work at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable while creating meaningful tools for everyday life.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to carry everything alone anymore.
